Shanghai Aohu Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established on December 8, 2010, and is located in Songjiang District, Shanghai.
We are a manufacturing-oriented company specializing in CNC machine tools, integrating machine production, core component R&D, technical services, and international trade.

Built on long-term, in-depth research into CNC machine structures, electrical control systems, and machining processes, Aohu possesses strong capabilities in CNC machine tool design and manufacturing.
At the same time, we have developed a systematic, engineering-grade portfolio of core CNC components, enabling us to provide stable, efficient, and reliable integrated solutions for our customers.

Our manufacturing facility covers over 7,000 square meters and is supported by a well-established warehousing and inventory system, allowing rapid response to urgent delivery requirements.
Aohu operates four dedicated R&D teams and five professional testing and inspection laboratories, covering machine assembly, hydraulic systems, transmission systems, electrical control, and functional component validation. This infrastructure ensures both scalable production and continuous technological innovation.

Driven by real machining applications, Aohu has built a comprehensive product range including:
CNC machine tools, 4th-axis rotary systems and drives, 4th-axis cables and wiring, single-axis control systems, energy-saving hydraulic systems, CNC spindle tool release cylinders, hydraulic booster cylinders, high-pressure through-spindle coolant systems, as well as 4th-axis assembly and commissioning services.

Guided by the philosophy of “Never sacrificing long-term value for short-term gain,” Aohu develops products from the perspective of a machine tool manufacturer, focusing on reliability, stability, and serviceability under real-world machining conditions.

With more than a decade of experience in the CNC machine tool industry, the Aohu team has developed deep expertise in the electrical and mechanical systems of rotary tables from over 100 international brands, continuously feeding this knowledge back into the design and manufacturing of our own machines and core components.

From its establishment, Aohu has focused on key functional components of CNC machine tools, initiating product development for 4-axis/5-axis systems, spindles, and other core machine tool components. During this stage, Aohu gradually built a deep understanding of real CNC machining conditions and applications.
2012–2015 | Product Enhancement · From Components to Applications
As customer machining requirements continued to evolve, Aohu further optimized the integration and matching of tool release cylinders, hydraulic systems, and spindle coolant filtration systems with CNC machines. These efforts helped customers improve machining accuracy and efficiency.
During this period, Aohu’s products were widely applied in automotive parts, mold manufacturing, and construction machinery machining, with technical expertise progressively extending from components to application-level solutions.
2016–2018 | Solution Upgrade · Systematic and Customized Approaches
Aohu established a comprehensive R&D–production–testing–delivery workflow. Based on different machine tool brands, materials, and machining conditions, the company began offering system-level, customized solutions, while also supporting OEM projects and overseas requirements.

With CNC machine tools at its core, Aohu independently develops tool release cylinders, high-pressure coolant filtration systems, and hydraulic systems.
